Hi, I’m Jean J. Jimenez,,,, but I go by “JJ”
I’ve been flying since 1975 and did my first Solo flight in 1976. I have a degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University but the majority of my work was at San Jose State University.
I fell in love with Aviation as a young boy when I was 7 years old. I’ve worked / flown for 4 different Airlines where I flew such aircraft as Convair 600 & 640, Boeing B-727/200, Citation II Jets, Lear 35 & 36 series, Gulfstream G-II & III and my last Jet before retiring was the Dassault Falcon DA-2000, an all glass flight deck Jet.
I have over 4,500 hours of dual instruction teaching primary through advanced certificates & ratings. I hold a CFI, CFII, MEI, ATP and have 5 type ratings in large transport category aircraft.
I have a passion for Aviation history and WWII aircraft, Sailing, MotoCross & tennis.
